DEFINITION

Hereinafter the 'Organizer' means FesSTIS SDN. BHD. The 'Exhibitor' means the person(s) or company(ies) applying to exhibit at the FESTIVAL SAINS TEKNOLOGI INOVASI NEGERI SELANGOR 2010 hereinafter referred to as 'FesSTIS'10'.

SETUP AND REMOVAL DAY

Setup day on Friday, 4th June 2010 between 10.00 am to 10.00 pm. Removal day on Monday 7th June 2010, all displays must be removed between 07.00 pm to 10.00 pm. Please wear official name tags at all time.

WITHDRAWAL

In the event of cancellation or withdrawal and failure to prepare the booth, all payment shall be forfeited and exhibitor shall be deemed in fault and shall be required to be pay all direct and indirect damages. If so happen the organizer will have the right to allocate to other exhibitors.

NAME TAGS

Official name tags must be worn at all times from Friday, 4th June 2010 until Monday 7th June 2010. Official name tags are given free two for each booth. Additional tags may be purchased at RM 2.00 each.

OFFICIAL OPENING AND CLOSING

FESTIVAL SAINS TEKNOLOGI INOVASI NEGERI SELANGOR 2010(FesSTIS '10) opening ceremony is at 03.00 pm, 5th June 2010 and closing ceremony is at 04.00 pm. on Monday, 7th Jun e2010.  Invitation cards will be distributed to all exhibitors and members.

STRUCTURES

For any structural changes of booths, exhibitor must submit plans to the Organizing Committee for approval.

FOOD & DRINKS

Exhibitors are not permitted to bring food and drinks into the exhibition hall.

TELEPHONE, FAX & COMPUTERS

Exhibitors are required to make direct arrangements with our contractor for telephone, fax, computers, TV/videos and Internet connections.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

The Organizing Committee will have insurance coverage for the exhibition as a whole, mainly against fire. Exhibitors are advised to take their own additional insurance against theft and other losses/damages and public liabilities.

CLEANING SERVICES

Cleaning services provided by the Organizer do not cover booth area. Exhibitors must maintain cleanliness of booth area they occupy. Clearance of boxes and pallets will be the responsibility of the Exhibitors.

DISCLAIMER

The Organizer reserves the right to alter , add or amend any of these Terms, Conditions and decisions of the Organizer shall be final. The Exhibitors shall not hold the Organizer liable for suspending or canceling the fair due to natural or unnatural causes which shall include but not limited to floods, fire, riots and/or power failure.
